New Account Setup

Please review Inception’s account terms below and fill out the adjacent form to confirm your request for an account setup with Inception Network Strategies.

  • Inception’s on-site service calls carry a minimum one hour charge.
  • Inception also offers phone support service for a minimum half hour charge.

  • Inception’s rate is $199.50 per hour per employee during normal business hours (8:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday).

  • Service that is requested/completed outside of normal business hours and/or during holiday closures will be billed at time and one half or $299.25 per hour, per employee.

  • A fuel charge for all on-site visits will be charged based on mileage distance from Inception to customer site.

  • Payment for service is DUE IN FULL upon receipt of invoice.

  • Payment for all equipment, licensing, software, etc. is due in full PRIOR TO ORDER PROCESSING.

  • Service requests can be made via Inception’s website (you will be provided with a unique login and password), phone call, or you may email your request to service@inceptionnet.com.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment via ACH Debit submissions preferred. Credit Card payments not accepted.
