Inception’s on-site service calls carry a minimum one hour charge.
Inception also offers phone support service for a minimum half hour charge.
Inception’s rate is $199.50 per hour per employee during normal business hours (8:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday).
Service that is requested/completed outside of normal business hours and/or during holiday closures will be billed at time and one half or $299.25 per hour, per employee.
A fuel charge for all on-site visits will be charged based on mileage distance from Inception to customer site.
Payment for service is DUE IN FULL upon receipt of invoice.
Payment for all equipment, licensing, software, etc. is due in full PRIOR TO ORDER PROCESSING.
Service requests can be made via Inception’s website (you will be provided with a unique login and password), phone call, or you may email your request to service@inceptionnet.com.

Payment via ACH Debit submissions preferred. Credit Card payments not accepted.
